SJ Public Relations helped increase awareness of H&R Block’s service provided a total market communications solution.

H&R Block commissioned SJ Public Relations to create a compelling and engaging campaign that would educate consumers of the company’s tax preparation expertise. SJPR helped H&R Block showcase itself to media outlets that had historically used the IRS and AP as sources. The program also established H&R Block as an industry expert with valuable resources for both the media and consumers. Additionally, SJPR’s targeted media outreach and social media campaigns communicated the benefits of filing early to the Latino, African American and general market communities and drove traffic to specific H&R Block locations. SJPR’s program garnered 67 million media placements over a 20 week period and resulted in four exclusive interviews on the top three Spanish-language television networks in the U.S.
