Airline Taps the San Jose Network to Improve Interactive Solutions
CHICAGO (May 01, 2007) – San Jose Network Ltd. (SJN), the largest marketing communications group exclusively serving the U.S. Hispanic, English-speaking Caribbean and Latin American markets, was signed by American Airlines AAdvantage® International Marketing to enhance certain AAdvantage® program direct interactive communications.
American Airlines selected SJN to fully assess the preferences of its diverse loyalty program international consumer base and to provide marketing and creative solutions for personalizing and enhancing the effectiveness of its direct interactive communications in seven markets, including Canada, Latin America, Caribbean, Brazil, France, UK/Ireland and Pan Europe.
“At American Airlines, we are innovators and want to continue setting new standards for the airline industry,” said Javier Palazuelos, manager of AAdvantage® International Marketing. “In addition to offering more customer-friendly communications, we will be providing unique benefits customized to each member’s different needs. In doing so, we will also be improving the effectiveness of our electronic communications.”
SJN will be enhancing the AAdvantage International electronic communication platform from a strategic, visual and content perspective to attend to the needs of an ever-increasing mobile customer base.
“With the planning processes, analytical capabilities and reach of our network, we will be able to use best-in-practice solutions to create breakthrough communications with American Airlines and their members, such as myself,” said Tatiana Vieira, executive director of SJN. “In the end, this will provide the American Airlines AAdvantage® program with a better understanding of and greater access to their customers.”
The AAdvantage® program will benefit from SJN’s Strategic Board to perform in-depth market analyses with the implementation of patented planning and research processes, such as Inside Out™ and Life Mapping™. The program will also benefit from SJN’s Creative Inner Circle and newly launched 2007 Creative Initiative, pulling together the best creative minds in the network to work on American’s universal creative brief.
The new AAdvantage® program direct interactive communications will be available summer 2007 to subscribers in all seven markets.
