Hispanic Marketing Expert Joins The San Jose Group

Chicago, IL – (May 31, 2000) – The San Jose Group announced that Hispanic marketing expert Katherine L. Key has joined its team as head of SJG’s advertising division.  As the Agency’s vice president of client services, she will oversee SJG’s growing number of advertising accounts and continue positioning SJG as a leader in Hispanic integrated marketing communications.

Key began her career in advertising 10 years ago. She lived three years in Barcelona, perfecting her Spanish, while editing journal articles for the largest publisher in Spain. For the last seven years, Key was the VP of Hispanic Services for Tynan Marketing, Inc. During her tenure, she developed award-winning branding and direct-response marketing campaigns.  Key’s experience will help SJG reach the highest level of excellence in the development of strategic advertising.

Key has received numerous awards for her integrated marketing communications work, including the Golden Trumpet Award from the Publicity Club of Chicago and the Silver Eagle Award from the Financial Advertisers Association.

Key has a B.A. from Knox College, where she graduated with high honors and  a double major in Spanish and Sociology/Anthropology.
